How do I become an introducer?
Call us and speak to our introducer support team. We will provide you with an introducer number. You will also need to sign and return the introducer agreement to us with a copy of your consumer credit licence.
Will I be kept informed of the progress of my client’s case?
You will be provided with e-mail updates at every stage of our processing of your client’s claim. You can also telephone our customer services department for specific queries and updates.
When will I be paid?
For all debt management clients you will receive 50% of the first payment we receive from the client as well as 50% of the second payment, this will be paid via bank transfer
For IVA clients you will receive the agreed fee once your client puts us in funds to pay the same.
For commercial cases this will need to be discussed on a case to case basis, as this tends to be much more individual a process than individual debt
